LEC opens Informal employment opportunities in the local economy and helps decrease the volume of plastic waste in the environment.
Community Members are organised into individual bank sampah or rubbish banks. LEC Currently embraces eight bank each with 15 to 20 members, Who are the craftsmen. Their activities are having positive environmental effect in remote villages.
LEC members are women from the Lombok Community Who are trained and supported in the process of recycling wastes into products .
Their activities develop attitudes of caring for the environment. Plastic wastes are gathered collectively by the community then sorted and washed before being crafted into attractive and serviceable product.

1.Develop environmental consciousness in the community
2. assist people who are willing to manage the waste into handicrafts
3. deliver education programs in school
4. run training program teaching people to :
Design and make craft from garbage or unused goods. Recycle soft plastic waste, Such as coffe sachets, snack bags, plastic bags and plastic packaging. Recycle trash and glass beverage bottles into usable items (ex, lampshades. Fruit plates, basket, party bags, vases, hats, and place wipes). Knit product using waste plastic. Make hand soap from leftover cooking oil
